What data this site processes

This is a presentation and catalogue site. It has no membership, forms, cart or payment and does not ask visitors for their name, e-mail or phone number.

The hosting infrastructure keeps connection logs (IP address, date and time, requested address, browser information) for a short period to keep the site secure and prevent abuse.

If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail, the contact details and message you send are processed to answer your request.

Purpose and legal basis

Connection logs are processed for information security on the basis of legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2(f)) and legal obligations under Law No. 5651 (art. 5/2(ç)).

Contact data is processed to answer your request and conduct pre-contract discussions (KVKK art. 5/2(c)).

Transfers

The site runs on a cloud hosting service with servers abroad; connection logs are kept by that provider. This transfer is carried out with the safeguards set out in KVKK art. 9.

Dealer applications and dealer login take place in the dealer portal at b2b.ecookids.com; the portal's own privacy notice applies to data processed there.

Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you may ask whether your personal data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, learn the third parties it is transferred to and object.

Send your request in writing to the address above or to our registered e-mail (KEP) address («doldurulacak»). Requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.
